No per-student charges. Each plan has a flat monthly fee billed to your school and a maximum student capacity. If you grow beyond your tier's capacity, you can upgrade at any time — we prorate the difference.
Teachers can create custom exam templates from the existing question bank and assign them to specific classes. Custom question submission by teachers is available on Standard and Institution plans — submitted questions go through a QA review before going live.
MCQplex is compliant with Nepal's Privacy Act 2075. Student data is processed securely and we follow strict data minimization principles. Schools can request full data export or deletion at contract termination. See our School Data Agreement for details.
All plans include access to our self-service setup guides and video walkthroughs. Institution plans include a live teacher training session (online or in-person in Kathmandu valley) at no extra cost. Any plan can add a training session as a one-time add-on — contact us for pricing.
Yes. We offer a 30-day free pilot for schools that complete a demo call — full access to your chosen plan tier, no card required. If you don't see measurable value in 30 days, you cancel with nothing owed. Contact us to arrange your pilot.
Yes. All institutional plans can be invoiced — monthly or annually. We accept bank transfer, eSewa, and Khalti. Annual invoicing with a 2-month discount is available on all tiers. Contact us through the form below and mention your preferred payment method.
