Refund Policy

1. School Subscriptions

Schools may request a pro-rated refund within 7 days of the start of a new billing cycle, provided:

  • The school has not accessed the analytics dashboard or generated any reports during that period.
  • The refund request is submitted in writing to [email protected].

Refunds after 7 days, or where the analytics features have been used, are not available. Credits toward a future billing cycle may be offered at our discretion.

2. Student Premium Plans

Student premium subscriptions (ad-free access, extra practice packs, etc.) are non-refundable once activated. These are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned."

If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] within 48 hours of the transaction with your payment reference number.

3. Payment Failures and Grace Period

If a scheduled payment fails:

  1. The system will automatically retry the payment 3 times over 5 days.
  2. If all retries fail, the account enters a 7-day grace period — access continues but a payment-required banner is shown.
  3. After the grace period, the account is suspended. No data is deleted during suspension.
  4. Payment can be retried at any time to restore full access. Data is retained for 60 days after suspension before being scheduled for deletion.

4. Accidental Duplicate Payments

If you are charged twice for the same period due to a platform error, a full refund of the duplicate charge will be issued within 5 business days. Contact [email protected] with your transaction details.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with:

  • Your account email or username
  • Transaction reference or invoice number
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond within 3 business days.
