1. Information We Collect

To protect your safety, we practice strict data minimization. We do not collect home addresses, phone numbers, or physical signatures. We only collect:

  • Account details: Display name (nickname acceptable) and your Email Address (used solely for password recovery and account management).
  • Safety Consent: A timestamped log recording your declarative certification that you have guardian consent.
  • Assessment Responses: Answers logged, timings elapsed, scores accomplished, and evaluation parameters completed.
  • Fraud Mitigation Signature: One-way security hashes of your IP address and device browser footprint. We never store raw IP addresses.

2. Compliance with Nepal Privacy Act 2075

This policy is designed to comply with the Nepal Privacy Act 2075 (व्यक्तिगत गोपनीयता सम्बन्धी ऐन, २०७५) and international data protection standards.

  • No Commercial Sharing: We never lease, trade, sell, or disclose your personal records to third-party advertisers.
  • Authorized Access Only: Only platform administrators can view database storage parameters.
  • Local Storage Protection: All exam histories remain saved locally inside your browser cache (localStorage) during test flows.

3. Right to Erasure (De-registration and Deletion)

Under GDPR Article 17 and local privacy principles, you have a complete Right to be Forgotten.

  • You can initiate permanent account erasure by sending a secure request through your profile settings page at /account/delete-account.
  • Upon submission, your profile login is instantly disabled. All records are placed into a secure 30-day retention grace block before complete database scrubbing.
